Be Strong in The Trial

No trial has overtaken you that is not faced by others. And God is faithful: He will not let you be tried beyond what you are able to bear, but the trial will also provide a way out so that you may be able to endure it. [1 Cor 10:13] NIV

In our daily life, we may face frequently toward several trials, which sometimes we think those trials are a heinous predicament. For example, when we are doing our business, it is more likely that we are stumbled or outfoxed by our partner. Moreover, in our workplace, we probably must face with a mountainous backlogs when we have arrived in the office. Those are the reality of trial that we often meet in our daily life. Undoubtedly, we need to realize that trial has truly existed in our daily life and there are no ways to avoid it.

As a Christian, we normally question to a ubiquity and a miraculous act of God by grumbling “Lord, where are You? Do You really want me to overcome this predicament alone? Lord, I am going to give up in handling this trial”. That is exactly what we react if we are dealing with a torturing predicament. Regardless of how vicious the trial is, it is a gorgeous fact that the bible describes God as a faithful God. In the book of Corinthian, Paul wrote that God will not let us be tried exceed our might. The trial that we are dealing with has a marvelous escape. God has promised not to banish every single of us. Hence, we must realize and believe totally that God will always strengthen our faith and pace in every trial we face.

A tantalizing question occurs when we find ourselves seem like helpless and feeble in dealing with the trial. We have known thoughtfully that bible depicts God as a faithful God and He has an obvious promise to protect us endlessly. However, when we are being knocked down by a calamity or undesired situation, how should we react? Theologically , we do understand completely that God is ubiquitous and faithful. On the contrary, we face a discrepancy between the God's attributes written in the bible and the God's act in our daily life. It seems there are no reasonable correlation between the scripture and the reality. Nevertheless, In term of understanding rigorously about the God's vim, it is strongly mandatory to emphasize the point that God will not let us down. In accordance with the book of Proverb 24:16, it is said that “although a righteous person may fall seven times, he gets up again.” One thing we should know that He will rise us vigorously and bolster our faith to endure the trial. Therefore, we must digest this fact : God does not promise that we never fall or being upset in the trial period, but He faithfully promises that in the every single situation, even in the worst one, He will grab and hold our hand as well as to strengthen our faith in order to endure it. We may fall in the trial moment, but He will rise us.

In summary, we should realize that trial is a part of our life and it is not an extraordinary one. That trial is a simply common predicament which is able to teach us how to endure it. Moreover, we also should know that in a hardship, God has provided a way out, even though we fall in that moment, we do absolutely believe that God will always rise us and strengthen our faith. Therefore, trust and obey totally in God in every situation, especially in this trial.

The Vine and The Branch

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me." [John 15:1-4] To be a sturdy Christian means we must stay in the word of God which is able to enrich our knowledge and enlighten our path. In the book of John, Lord likened Himself as a vine while we are the branch. That leads us to a tantalizing question: What does the vine mean and what is the main role of the vine itself? Moreover, If we separate ourselves from the vine, what will happen? The Lord is the vine, as the bible said, means He is the source of everything we need. It includes our knowledge, strength, prosperity, and wisdom. Jesus taught clearly

The Obedient Sheep

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way [ Isaiah 53:6a] Bible describes us like a sheep that has gone astray due to we tend to take our own way. Moreover, in fact, we are eager to walk swiftly and rashly even though we are heading to the Death Valley.  Specifically, the vivid consequences of going astray is we will have no interest in learning bible, which means our frame of mind will not be formed and revised by the word of God. We will not be able to hear His admonishment at all. As a result, we are inclined to decide what we are going to do by our own thought. For example, when we are in a daze due to we are dealing with a lot of ordeals, what are we planing to? Will we seek some indulgences outside or take some times to pray to God? Are we more interested in babbling over our predicaments with friends or discussing it rigorously with our christian friends who know profoundly about bible and able to give a prudent advice? As Jesus s
